Quality Control Managers: The Contractor shall ensure quality control managers meet at a minimum the requirements for a Technical Inspector (see below 12.13.7). The Quality Manager shall develop and implement the Quality Management System and maintain certification to AS9110 Revision A standards for the facilities performing work under this contract; shall document the processes and procedures of the system in the Quality Assurance Program Manual and shall work in coordination with Government representatives to collect, analyze, and make improvements to the Quality Management System processes based on customer feedback information. The Quality Manager shall define and track Quality Management System Metrics used to manage, improve the system, and demonstrate Quality Management System effectiveness.
